In September, we commenced the pilot iteration of a new emerging leaders programme. The pilot is being run with selected team members, and will finish this month. The emerging leaders program is targeted at motivated, promising junior and intermediate team members who embody Morphum Environmental’s vision and values, and demonstrate an active commitment to leadership excellence. The program has been launched in response to feedback from employees, and aligns with our commitment to providing a workplace that helps our employees thrive.

Emily Reeves, Rhian Ingley and Oliver Ferrick are our selected participants for the pilot. Since working at Morphum Environmental, all three participants have demonstrated a willingness to grow their leadership abilities. They have been committed to developing good working relationships with their stakeholders, taking ownership of projects, ensuring that deliverables are produced to a high standard and identifying opportunities for improvement to our systems and processes. They have embodied Morphum Environmental’s values of being innovative, collaborative and having a commitment to practical sustainability, and are positive role models to our junior team members.

We hope that as our business continues to grow and flourish, current and future participants in the emerging leaders programme will be the future leaders of Morphum Environmental.
