Programme Management and Project Support

Morphum has robust internal management and quality control systems that are used on every project we do. As we work hands-on from investigation through to designing, building and monitoring and have systems for managing consenting, tendering, and construction supervision processes.

We typically track project costs and programmes with an emphasis on early intervention and no surprises so that work proceeds in a logical manner. Understanding exactly where a project is at also fosters our innovation and adaptive management to achieve great project outcomes.

Our work has extended to programme management and secondment roles as well as managing delivery of council programmes, such as Wai Care.
