Kate Bell is a human resources professional with experience in the public and private sectors, ranging from local government to professional services and insurance. In addition to human resources consulting and advisory experience, Kate has specialist expertise in human resources analysis and systems, remuneration and benefits and managing organisational change.

Kate has a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in marketing and management, a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources and a Diploma in Supported Employment. She is also certified in both Hay and Strategic Pay job evaluation methodologies.

As part of the business support team, Kate provides guidance and support to the company directors, team leaders and team members of Morphum Environmental on recruitment, training, organisational culture, remuneration, staff engagement, performance management and human resources strategy.

Kate has a keen interest in using her skills and experience to enhance the organisational culture and make a positive contribution to Morphum Environmental.
