Oliver is an experienced engineering consultant at Morphum Environmental. He possesses an array of skills that help Morphum Environmental and its clients achieve their objectives.
Oliver has a good technical knowledge of three waters network design for both open channel and piped networks. He is an efficient problem solver, and confidently makes decisions to progress projects within the bounds of relevant technical publications and codes of practice. Oliver has balanced asset assessment, design, contract management and construction monitoring, giving him the ability to bring construction practicalities into the design office. This in turn ensures efficient and economic solutions. He has advanced knowledge of erosion and sediment control in the Auckland region, and has developed innovative plans and onsite techniques that are saving Auckland’s harbours and clients’ money.
Oliver has built a strong track record in stream restoration and daylighting, specialising in environmentally sensitive stream bank stabilisation techniques. Working in open channel networks, Oliver has been able to see the real benefits of at-source water sensitive design and integrated stormwater management. He has completed secondments with local government in the stormwater, water supply and wastewater sectors. He is known for his excellent communication and organisational skills, and his commitment to client satisfaction.
