We are seeking a proactive administrator to be the "glue" that binds the team together to enable the smooth running of the business. The duties are wide-ranging and include:

  • director and staff support

  • office administration and property management

  • production of marketing materials and digital content support

  • IT liaison

  • health and safety and environmental policy implementation

  • procurement

  • preparation of reports, presentations and other written communications

  • tender coordination and preparation

  • reception duties and event co-ordination

We are moving to an awesome new office in Sale Street in early 2020 so this an exciting time for Morphum and our Business Support Administrator role. 

About you

Are you a graduate looking to gain experience in consulting, engineering, science, geospatial services or sustainability?  Or are you an experienced office administrator looking for a new challenge? 

Prior office experience is crucial, and you will be tech savvy with great Word and Excel skills, a full drivers licence (ability to drive manual is preferred) and exceptional communication skills.  Other key attributes include being able to troubleshoot simple IT problems, having initiative, an eye for detail and being pragmatic and a quick learner  This position is a challenging and interesting role best suited to someone who is able to think on their feet and maintain composure whilst managing multiple tasks.
