Theo Dombroski completed his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) at the University of Canterbury specialising in Structural Engineering. He has worked in the consulting industry as a Structural Engineer for the past four and a half years. Theo has decided to re-specialise into the Environmental Engineering industry to better align his passion of living and working for a sustainable future. He is currently completing his Master of Engineering studies in Environmental Engineering at the University of Auckland while working part time at Morphum.
Theo is passionate about the ocean, being a keen surfer and a qualified advanced open water SCUBA diver gives him a great interest in conserving New Zealand’s coastlines and marine ecosystems. Theo has a special interest in Coastal Engineer and is currently studying the relevant papers at university.
Theo’s previous work experience in the consulting industry has given him experience in large scale projects from preliminary design to completed construction in both commercial and residential sectors. He has developed competency in detailed designs, report writing and liaison with clients, contractors and other professional consultants.
