Last month, two of our engineers Oliver Ferrick and Kyle Fredrick attended The University of Auckland Engineering Orientation Fair. This was a great opportunity for the students to talk to Ollie and Kyle about environmental engineering and to find out about the great projects we deliver at Morphum Environmental.
With both Ollie and Kyle being previous University of Auckland students, they were able to relate to the students and give them a good insight into what an engineering path, focusing on environmental and sustainability values would look like.
Kyle was also the face of Morphum Environmental in the University’s Engineer Your Career magazine, which in February featured graduate profiles across the industry.
Morphum Environmental provided students with engineering calculation pads which were well received. Following the event, interested students had the opportunity to meet with our Directors and HR Manager, to discuss future career opportunities at Morphum Environmental and to get some informal career advice. The Directors really enjoyed talking with the students, thanks to everyone who attended.
