Danielle joined Morphum Environmental as the Company Accountant in June 2017 before moving into the Business Performance team leader role.

Danielle's expertise lie in all accounting and financial operations, including monthly financial operating processes, tax compliance, end-of-financial year reporting, and supporting the business with strategic financial decision-making. Over the course of her career she has developed a passion for reporting and analysis - essential for her role.

Danielle is pivotal in leading the Business Performance team which provides various roles to Morphum, including accounting, administration, change management, marketing, and people and culture. She is committed to continuous improvement, maximising efficiency, and maintaining a level of best practice within the team. In her opinion, allowing flexibility and open communication are essential to ensuring the team is empowered within their roles.
