Matthew Hall has been with Morphum Environmental since 2007, both in his capacity as operations team leader and as a highly valued infrastructure engineer. He specialises in engineering project management.

Matt has a diverse range of experience in stormwater design and maintenance, especially erosion protection and mitigation in stream and coastal environments, potable water supply and maintenance, and wastewater reticulation. Matt has proven his ability to scope, plan and deliver projects in challenging and environmentally sensitive environments.

Matt has previously undertaken contract management for the Auckland City area's stormwater treatment devices operations, including managing environmental, quality, health, and safety performance of stormwater treatment device maintenance activities. This has exposed him to the extent of operational risks and challenges associated with stormwater device inlets and outlets, and provided him with extensive knowledge of treatment device design.
