Meleseini Fasi

Meleseini is passionate about advancing sustainable development and urban planning while uplifting Pacific communities. She has recently completed a Master of Urban and Regional Planning at Victoria University of Wellington.  Prior to Morphum, she was a Building Consents and Compliance Admin Officer at Wellington City Council.

Morphum’s commitment to shaping a sustainable future for generations to come mirrors Meleseini’s belief of ‘conserve what our children deserve’. Her Pasifika heritage drives her desire to contribute to meaningful eco-friendly change that respects cultural values and embraces inclusive planning practices. Outside of business hours, Meleseini enjoys family time and catching up with friends.

As the Business Performance Coordinator at Morphum Environmental, Meleseini helps the team by delivering great outcomes which includes keeping the day-to-day running smoothly and the details well managed. She brings a calm, organised and proactive approach to coordinating business support across operations, people and project administration, with clear communication, sound judgement and a strong focus on quality. Trusted for her professionalism and discretion, Meleseini contributes to an inclusive, welcoming workplace culture and supports others to do their best work.
