Business Performance Coordinator

Morphum Environmental seeks a dedicated and proactive Business Performance Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (30-36 hours per week). This role is perfect for someone who excels at keeping operations running smoothly while creating a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Our specialist and integrated team provides leading environmental engineering, science, GIS, and sustainability services and delivers pragmatic solutions that leave a lasting impact. This role is instrumental in supporting our client-facing team to perform at their best.  

What is the role?  

Key to the Morphum team, this role is an excellent opportunity to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, support meaningful outcomes, and help create a workplace where our people thrive. You'll work closely with our Business Performance Team and have the flexibility to shape your schedule around the 30-36 hours per week that suits you best.

This role will be part of our close-knit and diverse Business Performance Team in our Auckland head office. You will be amongst like-minded, passionate people comprising administration, accounts, marketing, people & culture, and project coordination specialists.

What You will Do  

Examples of our work include:

  • Delivering office administration, facilities coordination, and property management support
  • Organising and championing culture, team, regional inclusivity, and wellness activities
  • Supporting health and safety policy implementation and workplace compliance
  • Managing sustainable procurement processes and supplier relationships
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other written communications
  • Supporting tender coordination, document preparation, and quality assurance
  • Providing event coordination for team activities, client events, and company functions
  • Maintaining administrative systems and processes that support efficient operations
  • Acting as a friendly first point of contact for general office enquiries and support

About you

  • You have relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience (business, administration, or related field)
  • You have experience establishing and maintaining administrative systems with the adaptability to handle several different tasks at a time
  • You have exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • You have high attention to detail with proven office coordination experience
  • Word, Excel, and Adobe skills are essential
  • You actively engage in a culture of teaching and learning and are willing to continuously develop knowledge of tikanga, diversity, equity and inclusion, sustainable outcomes, and low-carbon initiatives
  • You are available for 30-36 hours per week with flexibility to cover core business hours
  • You are located in Auckland
