
Morgan is an Environmental Scientist with five years’ experience in contaminated land assessment and environmental management across New Zealand. Joining Morphum in 2026, he brings experience working with developers, contractors, councils, government agencies, engineers, planners, and private landowners on a diverse range of projects.
His expertise includes contaminated land investigations, remediation and validation, asbestos-contaminated soil assessments, due diligence investigations, as well as the preparation of Environmental Management Plans (EMPs) and Erosion and Sediment Control Plans (ESCPs). He has worked across residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural, and infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand, from Whangārei to Invercargill.
With a background in geology, Morgan takes a practical and solutions-focused approach to project delivery. He enjoys working closely with clients to develop pragmatic and cost-effective solutions that balance environmental risk, regulatory requirements, project objectives, and budget considerations. He is currently working towards Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) accreditation.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time outdoors with his partner and their two dogs. He is a keen rock climber and mountaineer, and a passionate musician who plays multiple instruments and occasionally performs live at local venues.
