We're pleased to share our 2025 Sustainability Report, focusing on our journey to grow with purpose and deliver impact.
This report reflects on our performance across the 2023-2024 reporting period and outlines how we are strengthening our contribution to people, place and environmental health.
This year marks an important step forward. Alongside maintaining our long-standing commitments, including Toitū Net Carbon Zero certification and our ISO-accredited Environmental Management System, we have advanced how we understand and measure our external impact. This report introduces The Morphum Impact, our internal framework for assessing how projects support outcomes across communities, cultural values, ecosystems, and climate resilience. While still evolving, this tool is already informing project planning and helping us identify opportunities for deeper and more sustainable outcomes.
This report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards, the world’s most widely used sustainability reporting framework. Reporting to GRI helps us provide transparent, comparable, and credible information on our environmental, social, and governance performance. It also integrates the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a globally recognised framework that helps organisations align local action with shared international priorities for people and planet.
This 2025 report highlights our progress in emissions reduction, waste minimisation, partnership development, team wellbeing, cultural competency, and work across both Aotearoa and Australia.
We extend thanks to our clients, partners, iwi and hapū, and the communities who shape this mahi with us.
